After studying fine art/painting, I changed courses to study the ‘conservation of works of art on paper’ and bookbinding at the University of the Arts London. In my work I combine words, text and poetry, and the drawn and painted line. I sometimes also include my paper making and paper marbling skills to add dimension to a project. I have studied and utilise letterpress and believe these hands-on, letter making skills should not be lost in the digital age.
